According to dictionary.com, a philanthropist is a person who practices philanthropy. Philanthropy is concern for human welfare and advancement, usually manifested by donations of money, property, or work to needy persons, by endowment of institutions of learning and hospitals, and by generosity to other socially useful purposes.
TLDR; A charitable person who follows human welfare.
The world needs more philanthropists. Being mindful of the fact that we can’t all donate $100 to Kenya, I’ve listed some cheap ways to practice philanthropy in your own life
